Booking & payment policy

Booking payment policy: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 75% balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the booking start date. Reservations may be made for dates shown as available on the calendar, subject to identity verification and confirmation. If the remaining 75% balance is not paid at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking start, the reservation will be automatically canceled once payment automation is enabled. Live calendar booking and automatic cancellation are not yet active.

Valid driver’s license required

Required ID verification: All rental, Black Truck Experience, and consulting bookings require submission of a valid driver’s license. Please do not email photos of your license or other ID documents; LRC Group will provide instructions for a secure verification process before confirming your booking.

Check-in & checkout times

Standard check-in: 5:00 PM. Standard checkout: 10:00 AM. These times apply to all residential rental units.

Early check-in: $25. Late checkout: $25. Both options are subject to availability and must be requested and approved in advance. These fees apply to residential rentals only.

Smoking policy by property

West Midtown Studio: Non-smoking unit; smoking is not permitted.
Buckhead Two-Bedroom: Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. No smoking inside.
Decatur Three-Bedroom House: Smoking is allowed on the back patio only. No smoking inside.
Smoking violation fee: $250. This fee applies if guests smoke in prohibited areas or otherwise violate the smoking policy at any rental property.

Damage & replacement fees

Damaged towels, washcloths/rags, and miscellaneous items: $25.
Furniture damage: $500.
Wall damage: $1,000.
Appliance damage: $1,000.
Lost or unreturned keys: $500.

These charges apply to damage or replacement needs beyond ordinary wear and tear at LRC Group residential rental properties. Damage will be documented and charges communicated to the guest.

Incident & property-management involvement

West Midtown Studio: $2,000 incident fee for documented guest-caused rule violations requiring police or leasing office involvement.
Buckhead Two-Bedroom: $2,000 incident fee for documented guest-caused rule violations requiring police or leasing office involvement.
Decatur Three-Bedroom House: $1,000 incident fee for documented guest-caused violations requiring police involvement. Additional documented costs may apply depending on the incident, subject to applicable law.

Safety exception: Guests will not be charged merely for contacting police, reporting a crime, seeking emergency assistance, or exercising legal rights. Any incident charges must be tied to documented guest-caused violations and are subject to applicable law.
