Choose a minimum 2-hour booking for $120, add hours at $60 per hour for 3–11 hours, or choose a 12-hour package for $250 or a 24-hour package for $400. All options include a driver. Booking payment policy: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 75% balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the booking start date. Reservations may be made for dates shown as available on the calendar, subject to identity verification and confirmation. If the remaining 75% balance is not paid at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking start, the reservation will be automatically canceled once payment automation is enabled. Live calendar booking and automatic cancellation are not yet active.
For bookings of 3–11 hours, the total is $120 plus $60 for each additional hour after the first two, with a 25% non-refundable deposit. For the minimum 2-hour experience ($120), the 25% non-refundable deposit is $30 and the remaining balance is $90. For the 12-hour experience ($250), the 25% non-refundable deposit is $62.50 and the remaining balance is $187.50. For the 24-hour experience ($400), the 25% non-refundable deposit is $100 and the remaining balance is $300. Balances are due at least 72 hours before the experience begins, before any additional agreed charges. Final terms are confirmed before booking.
Valid driver’s license required
Required ID verification: All rental, Black Truck Experience, and consulting bookings require submission of a valid driver’s license. Please do not email photos of your license or other ID documents; LRC Group will provide instructions for a secure verification process before confirming your booking.
